Protect sensitive information
Do not send passwords, authentication links, API keys, payment details, or private audio attachments by email. Support may ask for a job identifier or share URL when needed to investigate.
Data and copyright requests
Use the same support address for account-data questions, deletion requests, copyright concerns, or reports involving a public shared mix. Provide enough information to identify the relevant account or URL.
