Use separ8 responsibly

These terms describe permitted use of separ8, responsibility for uploaded audio, service limitations, accounts, and shared content.

Your rights to uploaded audio

Only upload, link to, separate, download, or share audio when you own it or have permission to use it. You remain responsible for copyright, neighboring rights, licensing, privacy, publicity, and contractual obligations.

separ8 does not grant new rights to a song or to generated stems. Separation output must be used under the same laws, licenses, and permissions that govern the source.

Acceptable use

Do not use separ8 to infringe rights, distribute unlawful material, bypass access controls, probe service security, overload infrastructure, automate abusive requests, or interfere with other users.

Accounts, limits, and availability

Tracks can be up to 8 minutes. Free usage is subject to displayed monthly and shared-device or network allowances. Paid Plus and Pro plans use the prices, billing periods, trials, and allowances shown before checkout.

Features, model availability, limits, and storage behavior may change as the service develops. Accounts may be restricted when needed to prevent abuse or protect service reliability.

Output quality and service limitations

Stem separation estimates sources from a finished mix. Results may contain bleed, missing sounds, artifacts, mislabeled stems, timing differences, or other errors. Preview outputs before relying on them.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Processing can fail or wait for available compute, and temporary files can expire. Keep local copies of outputs you need.

Shared mixes and reports

Anyone with an active share URL may access its public contents. Do not share material that exposes private information or that you are not permitted to distribute.

Report copyright, privacy, or account concerns to separ8.app@gmail.com with the relevant URL and enough information to review the request.
